Add some natural color to your next celebration with our signature beeswax number candles that have been colored with natural earth pigments.
We use only botanical pigments like leaves, roots, and bark to dye our 100% beeswax candles. Made with natural fiber cotton wicks, these candles are nontoxic and clean burning.
They are available in four naturally produced colors; indigo (blue), hibiscus (pink), sea kelp (green), and peach (light orange).
Color shades may vary slightly from batch to batch.
We love these candles and are proud that they are unique to our Etsy shop. The idea was born when we searched to find something like this for our son's birthday, but weren't able to find what we envisioned. So we designed these and got busy dipping a number of prototypes until we perfected our number candle.
When we designed these, we wanted something classic yet modern, timeless yet hip, something that would appeal to a variety of styles, people, and ages. We chose a font that meets all of these criteria; a modern-day font with a classic feel, tall and sleek, neutral and friendly. Our parents love these candles just as much as our children do, and we are confident you will too.
These candles are made of pure beeswax and cotton wicking. Each candle is hand-dipped, hand-molded and hand-shaped by us in house. No molds or mass productions.
The handmade nature of each candle being crafted individually means there will be slight imperfections. There is a folksy, whimsical feel to each one. These candles were not designed to be long burning candles, like taper or container candles. But rather a celebratory candle to honor and praise whatever number you are celebrating. Because of the curves and angles in the candles, they will burn wonkier than a taper.
Listing is for one candle.
Each candle is approximately 4.5 inches tall.
About our beeswax:
We only use ethically sourced wax. The majority of wax we use is locally sourced in the PNW. We use a lighter colored beeswax. The exact shade of beeswax will vary from bath to batch and may not match the exact shade in the photos.
