A bit about me.

At the heart of Oakmoss Candles is family. I was raised in a creative household in Northern California, close to the Pacific Ocean. Some of my earliest memories as a young girl include the scent of my dad’s beehives and watching my artistic mother create. I have been making beeswax candles since my teenage years. A lover of animals, nature, and science, my formal schooling and training are in emergency veterinary nursing. My husband Alex, our three sons, and I live near Seattle, WA, not far from the beach. I design and create everything by hand and handcraft each candle in my home studio.
