These cast iron match strikers have quickly become one of our top sellers.
We designed them in our candle studio. We have a local PNW cast iron foundry pour them for us. There are many steps involved in making each striker individually by hand. We are proud that they are 100% American made right here in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, just outside of Seattle Washington.
These strikers are a unique way to hold and strike your matches. They are heavy! Each one weighs more than 1 pound! They are satisfying to hold and use. Strike anywhere matches light easily when the match is striked on the side or bottom of the holder. With use, the cast iron develops a rustic, weathered patina.
A bundle of strike anywhere matches is included with each striker. Replacement matches can be found online or at hardware stores. We always find them easily at Ace Hardware.
Each striker comes packaged in a cloth pouch, ready for gift giving.
Each striker is approximately 2.75 inches tall and just under 2 inches wide at the base.
